Supper Club

What we offer
Enjoy your meal at a communal table for up to 8 guests
from £42.00pp
A set, three-course seasonal dinner menu served at our sharing table for a maximum of 8 guests. Book for 2 or more and enjoy the company of other guests, or take the whole table. Each guest receives a complimentary Welcome drink on arrival and you are invited to bring your own bottle of wine to drink with the meal.

Our aim is to create a warm, friendly environment where guests can relax together and feel at home, without the fussy feel of a traditional town or busy pub restaurant.
The greatest joy of eating seasonally is the opportunity to reconnect with nature's cycles, the passing of time and the tremendously diverse and delicious foods that our seasonal climate provides.

Foods in season contain the nutrients, minerals and trace elements that our bodies need at this time of year and we should be looking for such vegetables as Cauliflowers, Celeriac, Curly Kale and Purple Sprouting Broccoli. One of the most celebrated ingredients of British springtime, the unmistakable flavour of wild garlic makes it a popular ingredient in the kitchen.

We shall be looking to use the best organic meat, fish and vegetables available in our menu at the Supper Club.

Meet The Team
Chris and Mella have been running Clock House B&B for six years and gained a reputation for offering guests a a friendly and warm welcome. Their healthy breakfasts are legendary, as bacon and sausage is nowhere to be found! But now they have decided to expand the business by offering two things close to their hearts - food and wine!
Clock House Supper Club aims to offer genuine home cooked food using fresh, local produce with the option of pairing with appropriate wine.

In Vino We Trust
Before the event, Mella will suggest a wine that pairs perfectly with the main course. She will also provide tasting notes to tempt you into trying a new wine that may be unfamiliar to you. Alternatively, you can select your favourite wine that you know and love to accompany your meal.
Whatever you choose, remember to BYO bottle on the night.

Thank you for inviting us to the inaugural Supper Club event - great food (as expected!) and accompanying wine (as expected!) - and excellent company! It was a triumph and we look forward to a return visit.

A very friendly mixture of guests, utterly spoiled with delicious, beautifully presented food. I felt very welcome having gone on my own.

Thank you for another magnificent Clock House evening. We felt pampered and full in equal measure.
