About the event
With the rain showers behind us, many of April’s finest spring ingredients remain plentiful into May, accompanied by an influx of fresh greenery, so our starter is a spring vegetable ricotta & lemon tart
Our main course offers a quite stunning combination of flavours with hake escalopes underpinned by an earthy golden beetroot and radish sauce followed by a rhubarb & white chocolate brownie with rhubarb ice cream!
