June Supper Club - what to cook? Not difficult as it is the start of the English strawberry season and so I decided to go the whole hog and include the lush, red fruit in all the courses.
Starter: Mesclun salad with parma ham, strawberries, balsamic & Parmesan
Main: Salmon with strawberry salsa with Cilantro Lime Rice and Roasted asparagus
Dessert: Ultimate Crème brulee with chocolate-dipped strawberries
