All about meat!

Our second Supper Club took place last Sunday, 3rd March and the menu was all about meat - delicious braised pork cheeks that had been slow cooking for 3 hours in a chicken broth with a bottle of Madeira and aromatic herbs. Lovely feedback from a couple of our supper guests included the following comments: "It was delicious food and good company. Will recommend you to all I know" - LIZ and :Thank you so much for a perfect evening, wonderful food and wine plus interesting company. It was good to meet new people and renew some old aquaintances. I shall look forward to coming again" - JEAN Lots of chatter and laughter around the table throughout the evening - what’s not to like!

My husband and I were the new people to the village and we were made to feel very welcome, both by our hosts and the other guests. Chris, the dinner was delicious, particularly the slow braised pork cheeks. We couldn't recommend the evening more highly. Kate
